Now Hiring: Part-Time Activity Assistant

Do you enjoy making a difference in the lives of others? We are looking for a compassionate, energetic, and dependable Part-Time Activity Assistant to join our team!

As an Activity Assistant, you will help lead engaging recreational, social, and therapeutic activities that promote the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of our residents. You'll have the opportunity to bring smiles, encourage friendships, and create meaningful experiences every day.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with planning and conducting daily activities, games, crafts, music, exercise, and special events.
• Encourage resident participation and provide one-on-one interaction as needed.
• Help decorate for holidays and special occasions.
• Set up and clean up activity areas.
• Accompany residents on outings and community events when scheduled.
• Maintain a positive, respectful, and caring environment for all residents.

Qualifications:

• Friendly, compassionate, and enthusiastic personality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well with older adults.
• Experience in activities, healthcare, customer service, childcare, or recreation is helpful but not required—we are happy to train the right candidate.
• Must be reliable and able to work flexible part-time hours, including every other Sunday.
