Skilled Nursing Facility
Our staff ensures the spiritual needs of each individual are met. Psycho-social needs are fulfilled by our social worker, and a variety of group and individual activities are offered by our activities department.
We encourage our residents to stay active and involved. Resident Council meets monthly allowing residents to express concerns and share ideas regarding activities, meals, and social events.

Breen Center – Alzheimer’s Unit
The Breen Center cares for our seniors who suffer from Chronic Confusion, Demented Illness (CCDI) and other dementias.
The Breen Center is designed to provide a secure setting with a calm, homelike atmosphere allowing our clients to live in an environment they are already accustomed to. Our unit has twelve spacious private rooms, a common dining room, outdoor courtyard, as well as living and activity areas.
Individual and group activities are offered to Breen Center clients.
Individual interests are considered when activities are planned.
The interdisciplinary team, who consist of specially trained caregivers, evaluates our clients quarterly to ensure clients are benefiting from services in the unit.
Northwood Pines Assisted Living
Opened in 2008, our Assisted Living program completed the continuum of
care services provided by the Lutheran Retirement Home. The Pines offers
16 private apartments with large walk-in showers independent climate
control, kitchen with full size refrigerator and microwave and direct access
to a library, entertainment space, and large community kitchenette.
Participate in daily organized activities, monthly outings and the company of your peers.
We are here to help you with the daily tasks that have now become
Burdensome. We provide meals, housekeeping and laundry services as well as health care services that you request.

Northwood Lutheran Therapy Clinic
The Northwood Lutheran Therapy Clinic assists persons of all ages with rehabilitation needs. Our outpatient clinic offers physical, occupational, and speech therapy. Skilled therapists utilize a variety of equipment to help you rehabilitate gradually and successfully. The therapists also work closely with the ordering physician to ensure all rehabilitation goals are achieved. NLTC can treat a broad range of conditions such as:

Maple Court Independent Living Apartments
Maple Court is designed to provide affordable senior housing where an individual can maintain a totally independent lifestyle. Maple Court is for seniors 55 years of age and older. While at Maple Court you will develop new friendships with people who have interests similar to yours. You'll have a new neighborhood of friends within walking distance.
