Lutheran Retirement Home has been providing nursing care in Northwood, Iowa since 1962 and our facility has grown over the years. We now provide services that cover the full continuum of healthcare for the seniors of our area.
Mission Statement
The Lutheran Retirement Home, under auspices of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America and its corporate congregations was founded to provide with God’s guidance, a living environment for residents, encouraging and promoting the physical independence and spiritual, mental, social, and emotional well being of each other. |
The staff recognizes the human worth and dignity of each resident regardless of race, color, creed, ethnic background, physical disability, or mental disability. The staff strives to provide individual services, quality-loving care within a Christian environment for the residents who depend on others to care for them.
